The Atlanta Arts Festival will take place in historic Piedmont Park. Piedmont Park is located approximately 2 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. The park runs along 10th Street and Piedmont Avenue in midtown Atlanta. Refer to the Festival Map for the exact location and layout of the Festival in Piedmont Park.


There is NO parking available at Piedmont Park. We strongly encourage patrons not to drive to the park and/or park in the adjacent neighborhoods (Midtown, Virginia Highland, Morningside, Ansley Park, etc). Emergency No Parking will be implemented in the neighborhoods surrounding the park during the Festival. The Festival's security team of Atlanta Police Officers will be strictly enforcing the emergency no parking zones, along with the standard no parking zones, via ticketing and/or towing.

Please help us be good stewards of the midtown neighborhoods by using the following alternative means to get to the Festival:

The nearest MARTA stations are Midtown and Arts Center, both located just a few blocks from Piedmont Park.

Midtown Station
Upon exiting the Midtown Station, take 10th Street (east) towards Peachtree Street and continue on 10th until you reach Piedmont Avenue. Turn left on Piedmont Avenue and walk two blocks to the 12th and 14th Street entrances of Piedmont Park. Enter and proceed through the park towards the Meadow area.

Arts Center Station
Exit the Arts Center Station heading south on West Peachtree street for one block. Head east (left) on 14th Street for three blocks until you reach the 14th Street entrance to Piedmont Park. Enter and proceed through the park towards the Meadow area.

Bus - Routes 27 or 36
MARTA bus Route 27 (Monroe Drive/Lindbergh) and Route 36 (North Decatur) run by Piedmont Park. Click the route links above to get maps and bus schedules from the MARTA web site. For additional information call MARTA at 404-848-4711.


By Bike / On Foot:

Piedmont Park entrances open to pedestrians and cyclists include:

  • Park Drive Bridge (access Park Drive from Monroe Drive)

  • 10th Street & Charles Allen

  • Piedmont Avenue and 12th Street

  • Piedmont Avenue and 14th Street

Please note that bicycles will not be allowed into the festival areas. Bike racks (self serve and unattended) will be available at the festival entrances for your use.


Drive and Utilize a Parking Deck:

The following parking decks are located within close proximity to Piedmont Park and will be open to Festival patrons all weekend long. Please check this site frequently as this list will be updated as new decks are procured for Festival patron parking.

  • Campanile Building
    Corner of 14th Street and Juniper Street

  • Colony Square
    Corner of 14th Street and Peachtree Street

  • First Union Plaza / 999 Peachtree Street
    Corner of Peachtree Street and 10th Street

  • Proscenium Building
    Corner of 14th and Peachtree Street

  • Midtown Plaza I & II
    On West Peachtree Street near the Arts Center

  • Woodruff Center
    1280 Peachtree Street

Please note that a parking fee will be charged by the operators of the above parking decks.


Wheelchair Accessibility:

The following Park entrances are wheelchair accessible: 12th Street gate, 14th Street gate, Charles Allen Drive gate, and Park Drive. The Magnolia Hall facility is also disabled-accessible.


Disabled Access Parking:

Handicapped parking will be available on a first come first served basis at the following parking areas: Park Drive lot inside Piedmont Park and at the Community Center (Piedmont north of 10th Street) for those who display the appropriate government issued ADA decal.
